About Me
My name is Sha’Ri (shy-ree) Smyth, I am a wife and mama to five beautiful children. If you took a look at my health records you will see some labels… Sjögren’s, Raynaud’s, lupus, fibromyalgia, ptsd, and severe anxiety but I refused to let labels define me and didn’t want to continue to be a human lab rat to the pharmaceutical world, maybe you can relate?
ONCE UPON A TIME, I WAS JUST A MAMA WHO LOVED TO TALK ABOUT THE THINGS SHE LIKED ON SOCIAL MEDIA. NOW IT’S MY BUSINESS TO SHARE THOSE THINGS.
I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and be ashamed, maybe even frustrated and confused by what was staring back at me. To go to doctor after doctor and not get the answers I so desperately felt I deserved. If I am being honest, I felt like giving up and I probably did mentally more than once. In 2009 I was given a year to live and couldn’t understand how I got to that point. I didn’t smoke, wasn’t a heavy drinker, I had danced and played basketball and ran track my whole life. I was what appeared to be completely healthy. Can I let you in on a secret? Health is your birthright, humans however are impatient and we want instant gratification. However, rarely does it come without effort, and a mindfulness on our part to maintain it. We each have an innate ability to heal. .
TRUST ME WHEN I SAY YOU AREN’T ALONE WITH WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW

I help motivated and busy people gain clarification and healing using science and psychology to heal the gut and reverse the damage. I have a Masters in health and wellness, I am a certified health coach currently pursuing my PhD in health education and promotion. I designed the H.E.A.L. for Health program which stands for honest education adjustment and longevity, to help those that are tired of fads, diets and quick fixes and feeling like a human lab rat and not getting the solutions they deserve to live the healthy life they imagined. I stand firm that diet has the word die and healthy has the word heal for a reason. I focus on the dimensions of health and wellness and all things related to your gut. This program was birthed because of my motivation to get off of 13 prescriptions and three antidepressants. I’m now the healthiest I’ve ever been, and I don’t take any medications. I’ve struggled with my weight ~~~~> I have been overweight, underweight and skinny fat. I had problems reducing belly fat, gaining energy, getting rid of adult acne, finding self love, feeling rested upon waking up, binge eating and more.
