First of all you need this in your life like yesterday

I made Kiwi and yellow dragonfruit ice cubes last week and thought they would be a fun addition 

I used @drinkkatys dragonfruit tea and steeped that 

Chopped some red and yellow dragonfruit, mango, and strawberries (and you can see I had to fight for the strawberries) 

Muddled everything but the strawberries partially, put my fruit ice in there and filled with the tea. 

Now personally I thought this one was better than Starbucks plus what this does for the gut… whew 😅

Toxins are harmful substances that are derived from food, water, cleaning products, and other environmental sources that we are exposed to regularly. An accumulation of toxins may become poisonous in the human body, which may lead to potential damage to vital organs and systems.

Some days I am okay, some days not so much. Naviga Some days I am okay, some days not so much. Navigating in a space where the person that gave birth to you is alive but absent is tough. 

Sometimes you just need your mom, you want that hug, you seek that approval, you want them. It’s a constant state of mourning to want the person that gave you life to be there and be apart of your babies life but know it’s not healthy.

The hardest thing I’ve ever had to do was accept that she was not capable of loving and respecting me and that I couldn’t show up for myself and be a good mother to my babies if I continued to ignore the abuse. 

If you’re in a situation where you’re not feeling loved or respected it’s okay to walk away. 

My babies have shown me how to not only give love but how to receive it too. I am not perfect- I don’t want to be, but I give the best of me daily and sometimes I fall short. I will always do my best to give them love, respect and attention. To show up for them when they need me and to be in their corner when they say “my got it”. Even when I’m dying inside.

I don’t gatekeep when it comes to holistically healing and natural solutions that save you time and money while improving your health. 

First… gargle before brushing your teeth…  and please for the love of sweet baby Jesus gargle for 30 seconds it’s gotta job to do and it can’t do it if you don’t give it the time it needs 😉

Second… do you know what’s in that mouthwash you just gargled with that you purchased at the store? 

Often it will include alcohol, along with a blend of chemicals that you’ve never heard of and aren’t sure how they impact your health. If you want to avoid those chemicals, an alternative that is better for your mouth (and body) and easier on your wallet is to make your own mouthwash.

Here’s my go to mouthwash it’s super simple, and lasts 3-4 days 

2oz wide mouth shot glass jars from @allaboutjuicing 

Almost 2oz of spring water
1.5 tablespoons of baking soda 
5-10 drops each of spearmint, peppermint, clove and I used rare quality t40-c3 melaleuca oil. 

🚨This is my disclaimer be easy on that clove oil unless you’re gangsta because if your lips are dry, you have a cut or something… it’s gonna burn sis and you just gotta let it burn 🔥 

Then used oil of oregano not to be confused with oregano oil. 

Shake it like a salt shaker… if you’re not singing in a Little John voice or dancing we probably can’t be friends 😏🤣
