Donโ€™t be afraid of green smoothies ๐Ÿคช this one is amazing and is included in my fupa fixer program and super simple to make plus it taste amazing. Healthy doesnโ€™t have to be bland and boring. Save this for your next snack ๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks frozen
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Pulse until smooth.
  • If smoothie is too thick, add water. If too thin, add ice.
  • Serve and garnish with a sprinkle of chia seeds, optional but recommended ๐Ÿ˜‰
