𝐹𝑎𝑡 𝑏𝑢𝑟𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑔𝑟𝑒𝑒𝑛 𝑠𝑚𝑜𝑜𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑒 😋🙌🏽
Don’t be afraid of green smoothies 🤪 this one is amazing and is included in my fupa fixer program and super simple to make plus it taste amazing. Healthy doesn’t have to be bland and boring. Save this for your next snack 😋
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup pineapple chunks frozen
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Pulse until smooth.
- If smoothie is too thick, add water. If too thin, add ice.
- Serve and garnish with a sprinkle of chia seeds, optional but recommended 😉
